Robert Seaton
Robert joined the Planning Team in August 2007 after spending two years post-qualification with the litigation and planning teams at Fife Council. He has experience of advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning law including drafting planning agreements, advising on the development plan process, drafting objections, and presenting planning appeals.
Robert advises governmental bodies, local authorities, private developers, statutory consultees and individual objectors. He has a sound public law background along with additional expertise in all matters marine and offshore.
